Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, texture, and scent may occur. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) or US Dollars (USD) depending on your region and include applicable taxes where required. Orders are confirmed upon payment and shipped within 1-5 business days; shipping costs vary based on location, and delays caused by postal services, customs, or international shipping processes are not our responsibility.

Refunds & Liability

  • Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective items, which must be reported within 14 days of receipt along with proof of purchase.

  • SOL MEDICINALS is not responsible for adverse reactions, allergies, or misuse of our products. Always follow the usage instructions and perform a patch test before using any topical product.

WHAT IS NATUROPATHY?

Naturopathic medicine is a system of healthcare that emphasizes prevention and self-healing processes via the use of natural therapies. It is evidence-based, holistic medicine designed to be unique to each individual.

What is the 10-Minute discovery call?

Prior to your initial consultation, I offer a 10-minute discovery call where we can talk about your presenting complaint, and briefly how I may be able to help you in achieving your goals. This is great for anyone who is on the fence about working with a naturopath.

What Is an Initial Consultation?

In my practice, your initial visit is more than just a consultation; it's a deep dive into your health journey. We explore your symptoms, medical history, current medications, and lifestyle factors to understand the entirety of your health picture.

By the end of our session together, you'll receive personalized recommendations tailored specifically to your needs. This might involve immediate adjustments to your diet and lifestyle habits. In some cases, I may suggest targeted supplements or herbal medicine to support your journey to better health. *Please note that all supplements, herbal medicine, and testing are of additional cost.



I will then craft a detailed treatment plan personalized to address your unique health concerns. We'll then discuss and refine this plan during your follow-up appointment, ensuring that you have a clear roadmap to achieving your health goals.
What is a follow up consultation?

Your follow-up appointment is typically scheduled 2-5 weeks after your initial consultation, allowing us time to re-assess symptoms and or receive and review results from functional testing. During this session, we dive into your personalized treatment plan and check on your progress with any prescribed interventions. This plan serves as your roadmap to well-being, encompassing a range of details such as your health objectives, dietary advice, lifestyle adjustments, and, if necessary, 
prescriptions for herbal remedies or nutritional supplements.


A 60 minute session is offered for those who feel they need more time to discuss their health concerns. This may be for the patient who is presenting with new symptoms that they wish to be addressed along with discussing any adjustments to treatment.


A 30 minute session is intended to monitor progress, address any acute symptoms, make minor adjustments to treatment, or get top-ups of a prescription.
How much does it cost?

My intention is to provide strategic supplementation and services for a limited amount of time as you regain wellness and vitality. Ideally, eventually you will be free of any and all supplements and only require maintenance. Furthermore, after treatment, you will have adopted healthy lifestyle, and dietary choices that will continue to sustain your health. I strive to instill effective self-care. All herbal medicine, supplements, and testing are of additional cost. That being said, to get you started on your journey back to health, my prices are as follows:

Initial Consultation:

  • $180 for 75 minutes
  • 250 for couples consults (ie; fertility planning) 90 minutes

Follow Up consultation:

  • $110 for 30 minutes
  • $160 for 60 minutes
